VEI Real Estate Services has been using Luminaire for at least 15 years. I personally have worked with them since 2005. They are always very prompt in making any repairs needed when service calls are requested. We really don’t have that many service calls because we use the “Lights On Program” where the lights are checked every month on each property. We manage around 55 properties and Luminaire takes care of most if not all of them.
I highly recommend their services.

Luminaire’s team has consistently shown extreme professionalism, fair pricing and an ability to accommodate on short notice. Their suggestion of a monthly maintenance program has provided a far better proactive approach to our various lighting needs throughout our entire 11-acre campus. Chuck’s employees are also always dressed professionally and especially sensitive to our customers present on our campus. Likewise, they have gone out of their way to be flexible to our odd schedules due to our hosting events with inconsistent coming and going times.
