Our customers are consistently looking for cost-effective ways to maintain their properties. With that in mind, Luminaire offers route service.

Under this program, the customers’ properties are visited on a scheduled basis, usually monthly. The property is inspected for burned-out bulbs or flickering lights. The service technician also speaks to the manager (or designated contact) to find out if there are any problems not readily noticeable through visual inspection. Bulbs are replaced and problems are eliminated. The customer is billed on a prearranged price schedule for labor and material.
Other prearranged services may also be performed during the term of the route service agreement, such as quarterly testing of emergency lighting.
Luminaire also provides on-call or emergency lighting repair. In cases of emergency, we’ll respond as rapidly as manpower is available. Even when handling “come whenever you get a chance” calls, it won’t take us any longer than 48 hours to fix whatever needs fixing.
Customers are quick to realize that by using Luminaire’s route service, their own in-house maintenance staff can be used for other tasks. Also, inasmuch as Luminaire stocks an extensive supply of lighting products, the customer does not have to keep an inventory of its own. That’s another sneaky way of reminding you that reduced time and space equals savings.
